It has been a long tie since I last posted anything. Well I made the decision to get back on the fitness wagon. I have ordered and now waiting delivery of the TRX Suspension System. I can’t wait to use it. I heard a lot of great things about it from many professional trainers.

Until it arrives I going to be doing body weight routines.
Well it seems that my 12 week challenge has hit a snag. I have had a lot of pain in my left glute and if I move a certain way I get a shooting pain down my leg. This may be from a pinched sciatic nerve. So I had to put thing on hold until I figure this thing out. I will know I need to reduce the calories in while I am not working out.
Off to see the doctor tomorrow.

I picked up a Omron Body Composition Monitor & Weight Scale Model HBF 500 today. Finally I can get rid of the old dial scale. I did like the scale until I found out that it was reading 5 pounds low. Now I have one that I can calibrate and rely on for true readings. So stay tune for my new weight tomorrow!
