My goals are simple ones…

  • reduce my weight to between 145 and 155 lbs.

  • reduce body fat to 10% to 14%
  • BMI: 24
  • increase muscle mass and strength
  • to be able to wear a size 30″ waist pants again.
  • to look good with my shirt off this summer
